Volunteer with us

NAMI Cecil County runs on volunteers. Whether you have an hour a month or want to train as a group facilitator or class teacher, there’s a place for you.

How it works

  1. Apply

Tell us a little about yourself and how you’d like to help. It takes about five minutes.

  2. Hear from a coordinator

A volunteer coordinator reviews every application and gets in touch, usually within a week.

  3. Sign up for shifts

Once approved, you’ll get a sign-in link to the volunteer portal, where you pick shifts and log your hours.

Some roles, such as facilitating a support group or teaching a class, need NAMI training first. We’ll talk you through it.

Already a volunteer? Sign in to the volunteer portal.
